【正文】 XXXX 大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 I 摘 要 港口作為運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)中的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，承擔(dān)著水陸運(yùn)輸方式轉(zhuǎn)換的重要職能，同時(shí)又是進(jìn)行倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和流通加工的最佳位置，在現(xiàn)代物流系統(tǒng)中占有極為重要的地位。港口在整個(gè)國(guó)際貿(mào)易鏈中的重要地位導(dǎo)致了港口物流的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展和繁榮。港口物流服務(wù)包括倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、貨運(yùn)代理、拆裝箱、裝卸搬運(yùn)、包裝、加工、內(nèi)陸運(yùn)輸、配送以及信息處理等功能的服務(wù)。 隨著中國(guó)加入 WTO和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展，物流業(yè)已經(jīng)成為體現(xiàn)一個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度的重要標(biāo)志，越來(lái)越受到世界各國(guó)的重視和關(guān)注。而 港口作為海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)的樞紐，又是國(guó)際貿(mào)易、商品集散的中心地帶，其作為物 流結(jié)點(diǎn)的作用日益重要，故發(fā)展港口物流成為港口發(fā)展所面臨的重要課題。 本文闡述港口物流的內(nèi)涵特征以及國(guó)內(nèi)港口發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，介紹了葫蘆島港港口物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并從加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè) 、 建立港口物流業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、加快港口物流人才培養(yǎng) 、提高港口物流的信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)及加強(qiáng)港口軟環(huán)境建設(shè)等六大方面提出加快發(fā)展葫蘆島港港口物流的對(duì)策建議 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 葫蘆島港 ； 港口物流；第三方物流 XXXX 大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 II Abstract As a pivot node,port plays an important role in the transfer of the transportation modes and is the best site for storing and logistical important significance of a port on the whole chain of international trading, leads to the emergence,further development and prosperity of port various services of port logistics includes： warehousing，forwarding， consolidation amp。deconsolidation， loadingamp。 discharging， Packingamp。 unpacking，innerland transportation, delivery and related information services. With China?s accession to the WTO and the globalization of the world economy,logistic industry has been reflected as an important indicator of a country?s economic development level and grows attention and concern around the and sea transportation and port as a hub,as well as international center of trade,modities stocks has bee the link to the international transportation of goods and an important ponent of the world economy and port as a major node,so port logistics has bee an important subject facting the development of the port. This paper expounds the characteristicsof port logistics and the development of ports both at home, and introduces the logistics development status of Huludao Port. Suggestions in terms of strengthening port′s hardware, expanding port logistics strategic alliance, accelerating personnel training, improving port′s informatization degree and strengthening port′s software are put forward to speed up the logistics development of Huludao Port.
