本科論文-江蘇城市社區(qū)公共文化發(fā)展問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究的論(已修改)

【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論文 第 1 頁(yè) 共 17 頁(yè) 1 中文摘要 改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn)，人們的生活水平有了非常明顯的改善，在追求物質(zhì)生活滿足的同時(shí)，人們對(duì)精神生活領(lǐng)域的要求也日益增強(qiáng)，對(duì)公共文化領(lǐng)域表現(xiàn)出極大的熱情與活力。然而當(dāng)前人們對(duì)于社區(qū)、社區(qū)公共文化認(rèn)識(shí)還不夠充分，本文試圖通過(guò)借鑒社區(qū)及社區(qū)公共文化的含義與內(nèi)涵，以及對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)社區(qū)公共文化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的綜述，從而找出江蘇城市社區(qū)公共文化發(fā)展中的問(wèn)題，比如社區(qū)管理干部思想認(rèn)識(shí)水平不高、公共文化設(shè)施匱乏、資金投入不足、社區(qū)居民參與性不強(qiáng)等等。通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)其他發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)先進(jìn)的社區(qū)公共文化建 設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)出一套適合江蘇的城市社區(qū)公共文化發(fā)展的路子，從而解決江蘇城市社區(qū)公共文化發(fā)展中的問(wèn)題，這是本文的重點(diǎn)。通過(guò)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題，找到了解決江蘇城市社區(qū)公共文化發(fā)展的對(duì)策，當(dāng)然這些對(duì)策還有不足之處，但仍希望對(duì)江蘇城市社區(qū)公共文化發(fā)展有所啟示，進(jìn)而推動(dòng)江蘇精神文明的進(jìn)程。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：社區(qū) 公共文化 解決途徑 Abstract 本科畢業(yè)論文 第 2 頁(yè) 共 17 頁(yè) 2 After the reforming and openingup, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, the process of urbanization is increasing faster and people39。s requirement in mental life is stronger day by day, so they showed huge enthusiasm and vitality to the area of public culture. However, now people39。s prehension of munity、 munity public culture is not deep enough, this article attempts to draw on the definition of munity , munity public culture and the situation about the development of public culture in Jiangsu province, then to sum up the problems in the development of munity public culture in cities of Jiangsu province, such as cadres39。 low ideological level, public culture infrastructure construction39。s deficiency, the insufficient in money input, the lack of resident participation, and so on. By drawing on domestic munities, the advanced experience of the public culture construction, to create their own munities mode of operation of public culture , as well as find solutions to munity public culture in Jiangsu province, this is the key part of this article. Through the questions, analyse problems, solve problems, so that we can find a way to solve the problems in munity public culture in cities of Jiangsu province. Obviously, these solutions are not perfect ,but also can provide some new ideas for munity public culture.
