【正文】 蘇州大學本科生畢業(yè)設計 (論文 ) 1 我國 城市社區(qū)治理中存在的問題及其對策 —— 以 南京市秦淮區(qū)社區(qū) 為例 中文摘要 社區(qū)是伴隨著工業(yè)文明的發(fā)展而出現(xiàn)，伴隨著城市化的進程而日益興旺起來的一種新型的社會組織形式。隨著中國的傳統(tǒng)行政體制改革，帶來了社區(qū)治理的新問題。本文正是在治理理論的指導下，對社區(qū)治理問題進行了探究。本文在闡述了研究緣起和了解社區(qū)治理相關概念后，以南京市秦淮區(qū)中秦虹社區(qū)等為例，對中國城市社區(qū)治理提出了三個問題，資金問題、管理問題等，并探討了解決問題的對策。 Abstract Community administration is a new administration mode in which China probes into the way of realizing public management at basic levels and cultivating autonomous abilities of the society in the new times. China39。s traditional administrative system reform has brought about new problems in munity governance. This article is to explore the issues of governance with the guidance of governance theory. After expounding the reasons of the research and prehending some conceptions of munity administration， I raise three kinds of problems of munity administration ， including the problem of fund ,management and so on with giving an example of Qin hong Community of Nanjing and then I analyze the problems and explore their solutions .
