【正文】 淺析項(xiàng)目管理中的溝通藝術(shù) 學(xué)院名稱 經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院 專業(yè)名稱 工商管理 學(xué)生姓名 學(xué)號 指導(dǎo)教師 二〇一一 年六 月 淺析項(xiàng)目管理中的溝通藝術(shù) 摘要： 工程項(xiàng)目管理是以成本、進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量三大目標(biāo)為主的管理體系，在工程實(shí)踐過程中被廣泛的應(yīng)用，并得到了進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。工程項(xiàng)目涉及資源多、生產(chǎn)周期長、項(xiàng)目干系人利益復(fù)雜等問題。因此，工程項(xiàng)目管理中溝通的有效程度直接影響到項(xiàng)目的成敗。 本論文是在對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上，并進(jìn)一步結(jié)合對我國工程項(xiàng)目失敗的案 例（阿拉爾熱電工程）失敗原因的探討，總結(jié)出溝通是項(xiàng)目管理的核心，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理是工程項(xiàng)目管理溝通的中心。溝通貫穿于項(xiàng)目管理的始終。在項(xiàng)目管理中，項(xiàng)目管理的成功需依賴于良好的溝通技巧，而項(xiàng)目管理的失敗往往就是溝通的失敗，溝通是項(xiàng)目管理成敗的關(guān)鍵。 關(guān)鍵詞： 工程項(xiàng)目管理；項(xiàng)目干系人；項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理；阿拉爾熱電工程；溝通藝術(shù) Shallow project management of munication art and case analysis Abstract: Project management is quality, cost and schedule of the three objectives of management system, mainly in engineering practice is widely used, have been further developed. The project involves more resources, production cycle is long, project stakeholders, interests, etc. Complex Therefore, the project management in effective munication degree directly affect the project success. This thesis in the related literature at home and abroad material on the basis of prehensive analysis, bining to our country project failure cases (alar thermoelectric engineering) failure cause, this paper summarizes the munication is the core of project management, project manager is project management munication center. Communication is perforative in project management all the time. In project management, successful project management need to rely on good munication skills, and project management of failure often is munication failures, munication is crucial to the success of the project management.
