【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論文 題目 ： 大同高嶺巖生產(chǎn)偏高嶺土系列產(chǎn)品的可行性評價(jià) 院（系） 資源環(huán)境學(xué)院 專業(yè)名稱 地質(zhì)工程 年級(jí)班級(jí) KKK 學(xué)生姓名 2222 學(xué) 號(hào) MMMMMM 指導(dǎo)教師 李凱琦 二零一四年五月二十八日 河南理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 摘要 I 摘要 高嶺巖的傳統(tǒng)用途是陶瓷原料，現(xiàn)在依然如此（數(shù)量最大）。除陶瓷以外，高嶺巖還有生產(chǎn)造紙涂料、油漆填料、電纜填料、耐火材料、合成分子篩等用途。上述用途都是高嶺巖很好的利用途徑，但是，或由于市場有限（例如電纜填料，附加值高，但是市場很小，全國每年只有幾萬噸的需求），或由于生產(chǎn)廠家太多，造成很艱難的競爭局面（例如造紙涂料和油漆填料用高白度煅燒高嶺土），或由于其它 方法生產(chǎn)的同類產(chǎn)品的性能優(yōu)勢突出，使其缺乏市場競爭力（例如洗滌劑用 4A 分子篩），或由于類似產(chǎn)品或原料更便宜，使其失去競爭力（例如鋁質(zhì)耐火材料）。總之，眾多高嶺巖深加工產(chǎn)品市場競爭大，經(jīng)營困難（其實(shí)，這種狀況是合理的，因?yàn)樯鲜黾夹g(shù)已經(jīng)開發(fā)成熟了 10～ 20年，不應(yīng)該一直占有超額利潤）。 縱觀高嶺土加工利用現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合市場需求分析，偏高嶺土產(chǎn)品是今后很長一個(gè)時(shí)期高嶺土深加工領(lǐng)域的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品之一。 偏高嶺土及其衍生生產(chǎn)在煤炭行業(yè)內(nèi)部就具有巨大的市場潛能，現(xiàn)在開發(fā)成熟的技術(shù)和市場有以下兩個(gè)： ①噴射混凝土用高效增強(qiáng)劑 ② 煤礦注漿用增強(qiáng)型懸浮劑 本文簡要敘述了我國高嶺土資源及其開發(fā)生產(chǎn)狀況，以及偏高嶺土的研究應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀，并介紹了大同地區(qū)高嶺巖的特征，通過分別對塔山、王家園和內(nèi)蒙高嶺巖進(jìn)行 X 射線衍射分析、吸堿量測定分析及活性指數(shù)測試，最終確定出最適宜生產(chǎn)偏高嶺土系列產(chǎn)品的高嶺巖原料 關(guān)鍵詞： 高嶺巖；偏高嶺土；大同高嶺巖；高嶺土活性指數(shù) 河南理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 摘要 II 河南理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 Abstract III Abstract The traditional uses of Kaolinic rock is a ceramic material,still(maximum number).Besides the ceramic,kaolinite also be used in the production of paper coating ,paint filler,cable gland,refractory material and synthetic molecular purpose above is very reasonable but,or because the market is limited(such as cable packing,high added value,but the market is very small,only tens of thousands of tons of annual national demand),or because the manufacturers too much,resulting in very tough petition(for example papermaking and paint filler with high white degree of calcined kaolin),or because the performance advantages of other methods of production of similar products stand out,the lack of market petitiveness(such as detergent zeolite 4A),or because of similar products or raw materials cheaper,make its lose petitiveness (refractory materials such as aluminum).In short,many kaolin deepprocessing products market petition,management difficulty (in fact,this situation is reasonable,because the technology has been developed for 10~20 years,should not always holds the excess profit). According to the current situation of kaolin processing using,with the market demand analysis,metakaolin products is one of the production field of deep processing of kaolin in a period of leading products. Metakaolin and its derivative production in the coal industry has huge market potential,now the development of mature technology and market has the following two: High performance enhancers of sprayed concrete Enhance suspension agent for the mine grouting This paper describes China’s kaolin resources and its exploitation and production condition,and the status of metakaolin’s application ,and describes the characteristics of kaolin in Da tong area,according to the Xray diffraction analysis,determination of alkali absorption and the activity index test ,finally determine the most suitable kaolinite raw material for the production of metakaolin series products.
