【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論文 題目 ： 關于建筑工程項目成本管理的思考 學 院 : 資源與環(huán)境工程學院 專 業(yè) : 學 號 : 學生姓名 : 指導教師 : 日 期 : 2020 年 12 月 摘 要 隨著國家 發(fā)展經(jīng)濟來應對全球經(jīng)濟危機 ，工程 建筑 市場競爭日愈加劇， 工程施工企業(yè)的 承包價格戰(zhàn)進入了白熱化階段， 因此， 企業(yè) 想要在激烈的市場競爭中站穩(wěn)腳跟，就必須堅持科學的 成本管理 原則，遵循正確的成本管理程序，弄清成本管理的 具體內(nèi)容，抓住成本管理的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)并采取相應的措施，實施有效的項目成本管理。 本文 先是 對工程項目成本管理 的概念、內(nèi)容 進行了 詳細的 分析， 然后 通過對工程項目成本 管理 中的一些 常見 問題的分析， 并提出解決問題的對應措施，明確了企業(yè)成本管理是提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的有效管理手段， 希望施工企業(yè)能 堅持 把成本控制作為企業(yè)的核心任務 ，最后 根據(jù) 合同、預算及費用定額、竣工資料、國家或地方的有關法規(guī) 重點 對 竣工階段如何 加強企業(yè)在建工程成本管理與控制進行了探討。 關鍵詞 ： 成本管理；控制 ；在建工程 Abstract As countries develop their economy to deal with the global economic crisis, engineering and construction are being ever more intensified petition in the market, engineering, construction enterprises contracted price war has entered a whitehot stage, therefore, enterprises in the fierce market petition, you want to gain a firm foothold, it must adhere to the scientific cost management principles, follow the correct procedures for cost management, cost management to ascertain the specific content to seize the key to cost management and take the appropriate measures to implement effective project cost management.
