【正文】 哈 爾 濱 理 工 大 學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 題 目: 商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃和發(fā)展 院系專業(yè) : 經(jīng)濟管理系、會計電算化 商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃和發(fā)展 摘 要 本文針對我國商業(yè)銀行個人理財現(xiàn)狀,對比國外的發(fā)展概況,闡述我國在個人理財業(yè)務(wù)方面存在的問題,找出其制約因素,最后提出問題的解決對策。文章首先提出研究背景和意義,再介紹寫作框架;然后介紹了國外商業(yè)銀行開展個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的具體情況,結(jié)合我國的現(xiàn)狀進行對比,分析我國 商業(yè)銀行存在問題。本文經(jīng)過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),我國商業(yè)銀行在外部環(huán)境和自身經(jīng)營管理如營銷技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新以及人員素質(zhì)等方面存在劣勢,制約了我國商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的開展。針對以上情況,作者提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。本文主要從商業(yè)銀行自身如何發(fā)展的角度,認(rèn)為我國商業(yè)銀行要借鑒在營銷、制度、硬件等方面的經(jīng)驗進行改進,以便個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的順利開展。 關(guān)鍵詞 商業(yè)銀行;個人理財業(yè)務(wù);策略;中間業(yè)務(wù);產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新 ABSTRACT This thesis starts with the Personal financial services situation of Chinese bank ,contrasts the development of overseas banks , stated that our country question which exists in personal financial services ,discovers the restriction factor, proposes the question solution countermeasure. Our country Commercial bank in the external environment and own management and operation like marketing technology, product innovation , personnel quality have the inferiority, these have restricted development to our country Commercial bank Personal financial services .In view of the above situation, the author put forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal.
