上海理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) 1 我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展策略 摘 要 為了順因國(guó)際金融業(yè)的發(fā)展潮流,我國(guó)的商業(yè)銀行正在加快個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展以應(yīng)對(duì)來(lái)自外資銀行的挑戰(zhàn)。 如今世界上許多的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家進(jìn)過了長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的發(fā)展,對(duì)客戶服務(wù)理論,服務(wù)方式以及客戶的管理方面有了深入的研究與探索,因此發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展蓬勃, 盡管國(guó)外銀行大多實(shí)行混業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)在監(jiān)管方面還存在不少的漏洞,但是 我國(guó)目前 在個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)方面 還處于起跑階段, 雖然經(jīng)過近十年的發(fā)展,但是 不論從產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與內(nèi)容還是客戶的服務(wù) 與國(guó)外的商業(yè)銀行 仍然 相比還有相當(dāng)大的差距。 通過 對(duì)比,中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù) 存在 產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的市場(chǎng)定位不夠明確,人力資源 和技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備滯后,缺乏信用分析和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等問題。 通過分析發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),從中得出為我國(guó)將來(lái)的發(fā)展的其實(shí)與建議。 因此 為了應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外雙重競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力與客戶不斷增長(zhǎng)的需求,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)迫切需要 加快產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新力度,本著以“客戶為重心”的原則,針對(duì)不同全體不同類型的人群設(shè)計(jì)不同的產(chǎn)品,加強(qiáng)銀行員工的職業(yè)素質(zhì),提高服務(wù)水平,而且要加快銀行電子網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè),提供安全高速的網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行服務(wù)。在完善服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品的同時(shí),還需要 改進(jìn) 現(xiàn)有的個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)體系 ,做好整合銀行內(nèi)部資源,優(yōu)化管理結(jié)構(gòu)的工作,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管提高銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。 關(guān)鍵詞: 個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù) 發(fā)展?fàn)顩r 產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新 對(duì)策 我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn) 狀及發(fā)展策略 2 Chinese mercial banks39。 personal financial situation and development strategy Abstract In order to smooth the development of the international financial industry trend, China39。s mercial banks are accelerating the development of personal financial services to meet the challenges from foreign banks. Nowadays, many of the world39。s developed countries, been to a long development, customer services theory, service and customer management approach with indepth study and exploration, it developed a thriving personal financial services, although most of the implementation of foreign banks still have many regulatory loopholes, but after nearly a decade of development ,Chinese mercial banks’ personal financial services is still in the starting stage, but regardless of the quality and content from the product or customer service and business abroad banks still have a considerable gap pared. By contrast, China39。s mercial bank personal finance business are product innovation, market orientation is not clear enough, human resources and technical reserves lag, lack of credit analysis and risk control issues. By analyzing the development experience of developed countries, drawn from the future development of our country in fact and remendations. Therefore, the dual pressure of petition at home and abroad in response to growing customer demand, China39。s mercial banks urgently need to speed up the personal financial services product innovation, in line with customer focus principle, for different types of people of all different design products, to enhance the professional quality of banking staff, improve service levels, and electronic works to speed up the construction of banks to provide secure highspeed Inter banking services. Improve the services and products in the same time, individuals need to improve existing financial business system and do the integration of bank39。s internal resources, optimizing the management structure of the work, strengthen the supervision to improve the petitiveness of banks.
