【正文】 河南財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)論文 我國(guó)科技型中小企業(yè)融資問(wèn)題研究 姓 名 學(xué) 號(hào) 專 業(yè) 會(huì)計(jì)學(xué) 指導(dǎo)教師 講師 2020年 05月 15日 I 摘 要 隨著我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)改革的不斷深入和非國(guó)有經(jīng)濟(jì)部門的蓬勃發(fā)展，科技型中小企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行中發(fā)揮的巨大作用日益顯現(xiàn)?？墒窃谖覈?guó)這樣一個(gè)新興經(jīng)濟(jì)中，在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的背景下，由于金融體制 、 機(jī)制和政策 、 信用體系等諸多方面因素的制約，科技型中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展客觀上存在許多自身難以克服的經(jīng)濟(jì) 、 制度以及法律等方面的矛盾和問(wèn)題。在這些問(wèn)題中，科技 型中小企業(yè)融資問(wèn)題作為一個(gè)普遍性的難題，更是首當(dāng)其沖。 本文以科技型中小企業(yè)的融資問(wèn)題為研究對(duì)象，以科技型中小企業(yè)融資難為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，結(jié)合我國(guó)科技型中小企業(yè)的實(shí)際特點(diǎn)，全面系統(tǒng)地分析了我國(guó)科技型中小企業(yè)融資存在的問(wèn)題，深入探討了科技型中小企業(yè)融資難的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上，建議解決我國(guó)科技型中小企業(yè)融資難的問(wèn)題。研究分析的結(jié)果對(duì)解決我國(guó)科技型中小企業(yè)融資難的問(wèn)題有重要的意義。 關(guān)鍵詞： 科技型；中小企業(yè)；融資 II Abstract As China39。s stateowned enterprise reform and the deepening of the nonstate sectors of the economy booming, technologybased SMEs in the economy played a huge role in an increasingly apparent. However, such an emerging economy in China, in the context of economic restructuring, the financial institutions, mechanisms and policies, credit system and many other aspects of factors, scientific and technological development of small and mediumsized objective and there are many difficult to overe their own economic, institutional and legal contradictions and problems. In these problems, the problem of financing small and mediumsized science and technology as a universal problem, but also bear the brunt. In this paper, the financing problems of small and mediumsized science and technology studies in order to finance small and mediumsized science and technology can not make the starting point, bined with China39。s actual characteristics of small and mediumsized technologybased, prehensive and systematic analysis of China39。s scientific and technological problems in financing small and mediumsized, indepth exploration into financing small and mediumsized scientific and technological reasons. On this basis, the proposed science and technology to solve the difficult problem of financing SMEs.
