畢 業(yè) 論 文 基于 PLC 的自動(dòng)送料小車的控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名: XX 專業(yè)班級(jí): 自動(dòng)化 2020 級(jí) 2 班 指導(dǎo)教師: XXX 教授 學(xué) 院: 機(jī)電工程 學(xué)院 2020 年 6 月 基于 PLC 的自動(dòng)送料小車的控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 PLC,即可編程邏輯控制器,由于其具有使用方便,編程簡(jiǎn)單,可實(shí)現(xiàn)功能強(qiáng)大,性能價(jià)格比值高,需求硬件配套齊全,可適應(yīng)性極強(qiáng),可靠性較高,而且抗干擾能力強(qiáng),適應(yīng)較為惡劣環(huán)境,系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、調(diào)試工作量少,同時(shí)故障維修方便等特點(diǎn),使得其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域越來(lái)越普遍,從早期的適用于繼電器的配套產(chǎn)品,到現(xiàn)如今的廣泛出現(xiàn)于各類控制系統(tǒng)存在的地方。并且,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的日益發(fā)展, PLC在功能上得到明顯提升,正在被全球廣泛使用,其地位愈加顯著,成為我們生活工作不可替代的一部分。 我們大家都知道,在以往的工作環(huán)境現(xiàn)場(chǎng)用來(lái)運(yùn)輸?shù)男≤嚻毡槎际怯美^電器,但眾所周知,繼電器有著很多明顯的不足,例如,檢查維修不容易,并且繼電器控制故障的出現(xiàn)也較為頻繁,同時(shí)需要的接觸點(diǎn),端點(diǎn)接線也是十分復(fù)雜的,相比于繼電器, PLC有著很多明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),不僅在工作場(chǎng)合,在整個(gè)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等環(huán)節(jié)也有著突出 的地位,是現(xiàn)在引領(lǐng)潮流的控制器,所以,不選擇繼電器而是更多地用 PLC來(lái)代替已經(jīng)成為發(fā)展的方向。此次運(yùn)料小車的控制設(shè)計(jì),使得在生產(chǎn)生活中手動(dòng)與自動(dòng)的生產(chǎn)方式得以明顯結(jié)合,提高了工作效率,降低了工作成本,通過(guò)搭配智能尋路等附加功能,大大增加了送料小車的工作能力,同時(shí)能處于惡劣環(huán)境工作的特點(diǎn),使送料小車的優(yōu)勢(shì)更加明顯,工作范圍更為廣泛。 本文以送料小車整體的構(gòu)想和設(shè)計(jì)方案為切入,首先第一章介紹了送料小車意義背景,自動(dòng)送料小車在如今國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)中的使用現(xiàn)狀,以及使用 PLC 控制的選擇原因;第二章介紹了送料小車的整體構(gòu)想 ,邏輯語(yǔ)言流程圖,小車總體模擬圖;第三章進(jìn)行編程軟件及選擇的PLC 的介紹;第四章包括軟件編程,包括程序梯形圖, PLC 端口接線圖,得出結(jié)論。 關(guān)鍵詞 送料小車, PLC,自動(dòng)控制 The design of the control system of the automatic feeding car based on PLC Abstract PLC, programmable logic controller, because of its easy to use, simple programming, can achieve a powerful, high ratio of performance to price, demand plete hardware, strong adaptability, high reliability, and strong antiinterference ability, suitable for bad environment, system design, installation, missioning work less, also fault maintenance is convenient wait for a characteristic, the application domain is more and more mon, from early for relay of ancillary products, to today39。s widespread in all kinds of control system. We all know, used to transport cars are generally relay, but it is well known that relays have a lot of obvious deficiencies in previous work environment field, for example, inspection, maintenance is not easy, and the relay control failures occur more frequently, takes a while to get the contact point, terminal is very plex, pared to in the relay, PLC has lots of advantages, not only in the workplace, in the entire marketing process also has a prominent position, is now to lead the trend of the controller, so not to choose the relay and is more with PLC to replace has bee the development direction. The transport dolly control design, so that in production and life in manual and automatic mode of production can be binding significantly, improve work efficiency, and reduce the cost of the work, the collocation through intelligent routing and other additional features, greatly increasing the feeding dolly, and characteristic of poor working conditions in, feeding dolly the advantage is more obvious, the scope of work is more widely. This paper to send Dolly the overall conception and design scheme as the breakthrough, first of all, the first chapter introduced feeding trolley background, automatic feeding dolly in nowadays industry at home and abroad in the use of the status, and of the use of PLC control choice。 in the second chapter, we introduce the whole idea of Dolly, logical language flow chart, the car overall simulation diagram。 the third chapter introduced the PLC programming software and the choice of。 the fourth chapter includes software programming, including programming ladder diagram, PLC port wiring diagram, and draw a conclusion.
