The proposed work learning， distance learning and other related concepts， emphasizing through Inter technology， puter technology， Inter of things technology on learning concept of subversion， the traditional way of learning will be radically changed， a new way of study， learning a new era is ing. The Inter has perated into all walks of life， learn this one is particularly important， Chinese government has realized the importance of distance learning， work learning， has begun to intensify into the document via the Inter， video， voice and other forms of learning methods， has now entered into fierce. This paper focuses on how to build a service function， the original information system of distance education management， smooth and transparent to extend to the middle platform on the mobile phone. In the traditional software requirement analysis based on the technology of the data mining algorithm， bined with observation and analysis were carried out on the system log， Cookie， obtained more truly reflect the research of user needs analysis results； based on three layer structure， the business logic layer is subdivided into public basic layer， data layer， statistics record the data layer， intelligent data layer， to achieve docking extends the platform and the information system data. The design idea of system platform developed by model driven architecture， bined with plugin based framework to solve the docking with the different information system development tool to realize the.
