【正文】 內蒙古科技大學本科生畢業(yè)設計說明書人員管理信息系統(tǒng)的設計與實現人員管理信息系統(tǒng)摘要隨著全世界經濟、網絡和社會的發(fā)展，員工管理系統(tǒng)應運而生。它能夠讓公司與員工非常密切地關聯(lián)起來，從而很快地滿足客戶的需要，提高公司運作效率。也能夠讓企業(yè)對員工有一個更好的了解和管理。員工管理系統(tǒng)作為信息時代的一個全新的管理形式，它不但對商務的運作程序和運作方式產生了非常大的影響，對公司的管理產生了非常大的影響，它從根本上說它也引起了一場全新的改變，對自己公司的發(fā)展有所影響，給企業(yè)帶來許多便捷。當前，世界范圍內員工管理系統(tǒng)越來越多。與此同時，我國的員工管理系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的起步相對于其他國家來說比較晚，在數量規(guī)模上也處于少的狀態(tài)。當前，我國的員工管理系統(tǒng)可以借鑒國外的發(fā)展成就，并且在此基礎上有發(fā)展的潛力，根據我國的實際情況，發(fā)展員工管理系統(tǒng)勢在必行。本論文的出發(fā)點是現今大多數企業(yè)管理員工程序過于繁瑣，耗時耗力，經過不斷的調查，開發(fā)出一個操作簡單，功能強大的員工管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的前端開發(fā)的工具是Dreamweaver，后臺數據庫是選用了Mysql數據庫軟件，采用了MVC設計模式。 關鍵詞：管理體系；員工管理系統(tǒng)；MVC設計模式 Personnel management information systemAbstractWith the development of economy, network and society all over the world, employee management system came into being.
