山 東 科 技 大 學(xué) 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)(論 文) 題 目 ___留莊煤礦人才流失淺析 __ 學(xué) 院 名 稱 財(cái)經(jīng)系 專業(yè)班 級 學(xué)生姓 名 學(xué) 號 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 ___________________ 日 期: 2020 年 4 月 25 日 1 摘 要 隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè) 已成為 我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中一支重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)力量。 但是由于機(jī)制、薪酬、發(fā)展環(huán)境的先天性缺陷,大部分中小煤礦在人才競爭上日趨激烈,人才流失問題顯然是制約中小煤礦發(fā)展的瓶頸,如何建立科學(xué)的人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,健全留人機(jī)制,成了中小煤礦共同關(guān)心的話題。 本文試圖通過對棗莊市留莊煤業(yè)有限有限公司人才流失的現(xiàn)狀分析、剖析該企業(yè)人才流失的原因,尋求留住人才,有效控制人才流失的對策措施,以降低人才流失率,優(yōu)化人力資源結(jié)構(gòu),提高企業(yè)的競爭力。 關(guān)鍵詞: 留莊煤礦 人才流失 措施 2 Abstract With the continuous development of market economy, the coal industry in China39。s national economy has bee an important economic force. But because of congenital defects, pensation mechanism, development environment, the majority of small and mediumsized coal mine is being more and more intense in the talent petition, the problem of brain drain is the bottleneck of restricting the development of small and mediumsized coal mine clearly, how to establish a scientific mechanism of talents training, improve the retention mechanism, has bee a topic of mon concern of small coal mine. This paper attempts to analyze the causes of the brain drain of the enterprise through the current situation of Zaozhuang Liuzhuang Coal Co., Ltd., loss analysis, seeking to retain talent, effective control measures of brain drain, in order to reduce the wastage rate, optimize the structure of human resources, improve the petitiveness of enterprises.
