房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究 【 摘要 】 我國房地產(chǎn)融資主要依靠銀行貸款的間接融資方式 ,方式單一 ,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大。伴隨我國經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的不斷深化 ,要求房地產(chǎn) 不斷多元化 。 針對(duì)目前我國行地產(chǎn)行業(yè)受到國家宏觀調(diào)控的影響較深的情況 ,深入分析了 房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素 ,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)存在環(huán)節(jié)以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特點(diǎn),提出了化解房地產(chǎn)企業(yè) 融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 的有效 對(duì)策 。 【 關(guān)鍵詞 】 房地產(chǎn)企業(yè); 融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn); 對(duì)策 Real estate development project financing risk research 【 Abstract 】 [ China39。s real estate financing mainly rely on the indirect financing of bank loans, single mode, risk.
