【正文】 responsibility for the feasibility and security of design scheme, if any, all added expense due to the unfeasibility and alteration of design, in addition to the loss or increase expense due to failure of acceptance of fire protection shall be undertaken by party B. 乙方應(yīng)當 按照圖紙施工，不得擅自改變設(shè)計圖紙。 Party B should conduct the construction pursuant to drawings and can not make, at its own initiative, modification or amendment of design drawings. 裝修工程竣工后，室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量應(yīng)當符合國家有關(guān)標準 ，包括 《室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量標準》(GB/T188832020)和《民用建筑工程室內(nèi)環(huán)境污染控制規(guī)范》（ GB 503252020）。 The atmosphere quality indoor should, after pletion of decoration engineering, conform to the concerned standards issued by State including STANDARDS OF AIR QUALITY INDOOR and NORMAL OF INDOOR ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION OF CIVIL CONSTRUCTION. 施工中 ，甲方如有特殊施工項目或特殊質(zhì)量要求，雙方應(yīng)確認，增加的費用應(yīng)另簽訂補充合同。 Where any particular project or special requirement for quality, during works, being raised by party A , should be subject to the confirmation by parties hereto and supplementary agreement on the added cost. 第六條 雙方 權(quán)利義務(wù) Rights amp。 Obligations of Parties 甲方權(quán)利義務(wù)： Rights amp。 Obligations of Party A: （ 1）配合辦理施工報批相關(guān)手續(xù)； To make cooperation of processing all necessary work’ permission. （ 2）在收到乙方提供的裝修圖紙后合理時間內(nèi)作出確認或提出修改意見； To give conformation or modification pinion within a reasonable period, upon receipt of decoration drawings submitted by party B. 4 （ 3）按時支付工程款項； To pay the contract amount to Party B on schedule as agreed. （ 4）協(xié)助乙方與甲方指定分包商的施工配合 To make cooperation with other subcontractor which is nominated by party A. （ 5）組織工程竣工驗收工作。 To anize the acceptance of project’s pletion. 乙方權(quán)利義務(wù)： Rights amp。 Obligations of Party B （ 1）乙方應(yīng)當在合同生效后 10日內(nèi)按設(shè)計要求提供詳細施工報批圖紙，以便甲方和業(yè)主審核，并在甲方和業(yè)主對裝修圖紙?zhí)岢鲂薷囊庖姾?3日內(nèi)提供修改后的報批圖紙。乙方應(yīng)按經(jīng)甲方和業(yè)主同意的施工圖紙施工。施工圖紙確認后，施工過程中的變更也應(yīng)經(jīng)過甲方和業(yè)主事先同意。由于乙方的施工方案沒經(jīng)過業(yè)主 及甲方同意，而造成的經(jīng)濟損失，及對業(yè)主的賠償責任由乙方承擔。賠償將從合同的款項中扣除 , 如不足以支付賠償金額 , 乙方還應(yīng)補足余額。如果乙方未能在本 條款 定期限內(nèi)提供詳細施工報批圖紙，則按第七條承擔責任。 Party B should, within ten days after this contract e into effect pursuant to the design requirement, submit the detail execution drawing for party A and owner for exam and approval, and within three days upon party A and owner ‘s submission of amendment opinions provide the altered drawings for reexam / approval. Any alteration during the execution should be subject to the prior consent of party A and owner, in case of failure of the consent to party B’s construction program, any economic loss arising therefrom and pensation to owner shall be undertaken by party B. The pensation will be deducted directly from the contract payment, where insufficiency of contract payment, party B should make up the balance of pensation.
