【正文】 to take any of the three following options to deal with the overdue payment: 1. Party A will not host the tour (or delegation) any longer, no matter whether the tour (or delegation) has entered into China or not. Party B will bear all responsibilities arising therefrom。 3. Party A will charge Party B an overdue fine for any unpaid amount. After the conclusion of each tour (or delegation) in China, Party B is required to clear off any outstanding amount within one month, otherwise an overdue fine is to be charged additionally in the following month, at a rate of % of the outstanding amount per day. 第六條， 甲方應(yīng)按照本合同和合同附件所確認(rèn)的日程及包括內(nèi)容提供服務(wù)。 Article 6 Party A is mitted to offer services according to the itineraries and package services confirmed by this contract and the appendix to the contract . Party A has the obligation to instruct all its liaison personnel, tourguide, drivers and other staff to render standardoriented services to tourists. They are strictly forbidden to extort tipping from tourists. 第七條， 除人力不可抗拒的因素外，甲方如未向旅行團(tuán)提供符合規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)，應(yīng)為旅行者提供補(bǔ)償服務(wù)或?qū)⒌陀诜?wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的費(fèi)用差額退還乙方。因下列原因變更旅行日程，甲方不予賠償： 1. 如乙方臨時(shí)改變旅行團(tuán)入境日期，引起交通、住房及游覽日程、項(xiàng)目的變更， 使客人投訴、索賠，應(yīng)由乙方承擔(dān)；由此造成甲方的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，由乙方承擔(dān)。 3. 因民航、鐵路、車船等交通部門的原因（如：機(jī)械故障、氣候等）改變?nèi)粘趟? 造成的損失，甲方不予賠償。 5. 游客在中國停留期間，在飛機(jī) /火車或輪船，或者在酒店、餐館，或各項(xiàng)旅游設(shè) 施（區(qū)）中受到的損害，不屬甲方的責(zé)任，但甲方應(yīng)盡人道主義的義務(wù)協(xié)助乙方補(bǔ)救處理。 2. The itinerary is changed at the request of tour (or delegation) participants after arrival in China. Subsequent economic loss, if any, will be borne by tour (or delegation) participants rather than Party A。 4. The tour schedule, itinerary and length of stay in China are changed due to unforeseen situation beyond human control. Any difference or balance in payment will be collected or reimbursed accordingly。 Article 8 Party B reserves the right to lodge plaint to the travel administration of the Chinese government and moreover to request pensation for material loss, as a result of violation by Party A of provisions for quality service. 第九條， 甲方如因特殊原因須調(diào)整雙方已確認(rèn)的旅行團(tuán)包價(jià)，應(yīng)在旅行團(tuán)進(jìn)人中國日期的三個(gè)月（九十天）前通知乙方。 Article 9 Party A should notify Party B, three months in advance of the scheduled arrival of a tour (or a delegation) in China, the adjustment, if needed under unusual circumstance, in the package rates after confirmed by both Parties. Party A will charge the tour (or a delegation) based on original quotation within three months after the date of notification. 第十條， 甲方有責(zé)任使乙方了解中國的法令和規(guī)定，乙方應(yīng)要求旅行者遵守中國的法令和規(guī)定。 Article 10 It is necessary for Party A to make Party B acquainted with the policy and regulations of the Chinese government concerning tourist activities in China. Party B is required to ask tourists to abide with the laws and regulations. Party A will not be held responsible for any violation by tourists against the Chinese laws and regulations, which will be dealt with by law in China. 第十一條， 甲方按照中國價(jià)格政策規(guī)定，提出旅行團(tuán)包價(jià)，經(jīng)乙方認(rèn)可后，訂立合同附件。 Article 11 Party A will quote a package rate for a tour (or a delegation) scheduled to China according to Chinese pricing policy and regulation. After the quotation is confirmed by Party B, both parties will sign an appendix to the contract.
