During the whole progress, students should keep rigorously and realistically scientific attitude and solidarity cooperative spirit. Moreover, they will explore the scientific rules actively. 實驗結(jié)束后學生必須將原始記錄交老師簽名，然后正確處理數(shù)據(jù)，寫出實驗報告。其中實驗討論是實驗報告的重要部分，老師應(yīng)引導(dǎo)學生通過實驗所獲得的心得體會，以及對于實驗結(jié)果和實驗現(xiàn)象的分析、歸納和解釋，鼓勵學生進一步深入進行該實驗的設(shè)想。通過實驗了解甲基丙烯酸甲酯本體聚合的基本原理；熟悉和掌握有機玻璃的制備方法；觀察“自動加速作用”現(xiàn)象。One can understand the basic principle of the solution polymerization and grasp its experiment technology and the application of thermostatic apparatus, mechanical agitation and rotary evaporators. Also one can know the industrial progress and application of glues. (3) 苯乙烯的懸浮聚合（4學時）Suspension polymerization of styrene (4 h) 通過以聚乙烯醇為分散劑、BPO為引發(fā)劑進行苯乙烯的懸浮聚合使學生了解苯乙烯懸浮聚合的基本原理；熟悉和掌握珠狀聚苯乙烯的制備方法；了解懸浮聚合的特點和應(yīng)用，學習該聚合反應(yīng)中溫度的控制和攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速的控制。One should understand the basic principle and be familiar with the preparation methods of the emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate. Furthermore, one also should grasp the experiment approaches and the operation technology of the emulsion polymerization and learn the application of the emulsion polymerization in the industrial product.(5) 聚乙烯醇縮甲醛的制備（4學時）Preparation of polyvinyl formal (4 h)通過聚乙烯醇縮甲醛的制備實驗，進一步理解高分子側(cè)基反應(yīng)的基本原理；熟悉和掌握聚乙烯醇縮甲醛膠水的制備方法。One can understand the basic principle of the condensation polymerization by the preparation experiment of epoxy resins or allpurpose adhesive. Student can grasp the preparation method of the epoxy resin of a bisphenol type and be familiar with the determination method of epoxide value. Finally, one will understand the application of the epoxy resins and the controlling the curing reaction. (7) 苯乙烯的原子轉(zhuǎn)移自由基聚合（8學時）Atom transfer radical polymerization of styrene (8 h)通過苯乙烯的原子轉(zhuǎn)移自由基聚合實驗，進一步了解單分散可控聚合物的制備基本原理，熟悉功能高分子的基本制備方法，同時了解可控聚合的影響因素。Students can further understand and grasp the characteristics and methods of the emulsion polymerization by the experiment of emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate and styrene.
