【正文】 實驗成績按100分計, 90分以上為優(yōu), 80~89分為良, 70~79分為中, 60分為及格, 低于60分為不及格，需重修該課程。Students can further understand and grasp the characteristics and methods of the emulsion polymerization by the experiment of emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate and styrene. They also can grasp the preparation methods of the copolymer of methyl methacrylate and styrene and further understand the principle of copolymerization. 六、主要儀器設(shè)備 Main equipmentsSWQTa智能數(shù)字恒溫控制器、SYP型玻璃恒溫水浴、電子天平、減壓蒸餾裝置、機(jī)械攪拌裝置、旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)儀、真空干燥箱、簡單蒸餾裝置、粘度計、電動攪拌器等。One should understand the basic principle and be familiar with the preparation methods of the emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate. Furthermore, one also should grasp the experiment approaches and the operation technology of the emulsion polymerization and learn the application of the emulsion polymerization in the industrial product.(5) 聚乙烯醇縮甲醛的制備（4學(xué)時）Preparation of polyvinyl formal (4 h)通過聚乙烯醇縮甲醛的制備實驗，進(jìn)一步理解高分子側(cè)基反應(yīng)的基本原理；熟悉和掌握聚乙烯醇縮甲醛膠水的制備方法。通過實驗了解甲基丙烯酸甲酯本體聚合的基本原理；熟悉和掌握有機(jī)玻璃的制備方法；觀察“自動加速作用”現(xiàn)象。After students check all experiment equipments and regents when the experiment starting and prepare everything for experiments, then they write down the experiment conditions. During the procedure of the experiment, students have to observe the experiment phenomenon carefully, record the raw data in details, and control the experiment conditions strictly. During the whole progress, students should keep rigorously and realistically scientific attitude and solidarity cooperative spirit.
