Keeping the munity clean and tidy Although the Property Service Company has specially assigned persons for keeping the munity clean and tidy, it still needs the wholehearted cooperation of all the homeowners to ensure that the munity is clean and tidy. The parents shall educate their kids not to litter in the munity or to throw any objects from high locations downward, or, any property or personal damages caused as a result of this shall be covered by the homeowners concerned. 22. People are not allowed to pick flowers or fruits randomly, to discard trash anywhere they want or to damage public equipment.
