It is the product of the era of industrialization and information technology. The subject of party members and cadres in rural areas of modern distance education is a new action our party takes according to the new situation and new tasks. As one of the important projects of “three rural”, modern longdistance education contributes a lot to party members and cadres’ excellence in petition, as well as a reasonable solution to problems of rural areas, farmers and agriculture. It attaches great importance to this topic at home or abroad, it has been as an important area of research and branch in modern education to study, whether the contents or the way of study has entered a relatively mature state. It has been eight years since LuoZhuang District was selected as a pilot area for party members and cadres of modern longdistance education in rural area of LinYi. The eightyear course of development of modern longdistance education in rural party members and cadres in LuoZhuang District, involves the course of development of modern longdistance education of party members and cadres in rural areas, the development of specific practice, development effectiveness, and the existence of difficulties .Difficulties arise in the development process proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the future development prospects.
