Key words: cold stamping。 Strip shape。緒論滑塊行程:120nn。壓力機(jī)工作臺漏料孔尺寸:290mm330mm(前后左右);滑塊模柄孔尺寸:50mm70mm。連桿調(diào)節(jié)量:70mm;(5)落料模刃口尺寸計算模具的刃口尺寸計算對于整個模具來說是非常重要的,模具的凸、凹模之間的間隙對沖裁件的斷面質(zhì)量、尺寸精度、沖裁力、模具壽命等都有很大的影響;沖裁模間隙是制定沖裁工藝和設(shè)計模具時要確定的一個非常重要的工藝參數(shù);因此確定合理的沖裁間隙至關(guān)重要,確定合理的沖裁間隙大小的方法有兩種:一、理論確定法;二、經(jīng)驗(yàn)確定法;理論確定法的主要依據(jù)是保證裂紋重合,根據(jù)材料的力學(xué)性能、板料厚度等因素來確定間隙值;但理論確定法在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)加工中使用不太方便,所以生產(chǎn)中廣泛使用的是經(jīng)驗(yàn)確定法,用經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式來確定間隙數(shù)值,加工方便適應(yīng)各種情況,非常實(shí)用;影響凸、凹模間隙值因素有多種,而斷面質(zhì)量和和尺寸精度要求也各不相同;所以,在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中很難確定統(tǒng)一的間隙值,我們只能夠根據(jù)相應(yīng)要求及材料的力學(xué)性能、所用板料的厚度,來確定一個適當(dāng)?shù)姆秶鳛楹侠黹g隙值;當(dāng)間隙偏大時,會導(dǎo)致毛刺較高較厚;當(dāng)間隙偏小時,會導(dǎo)致端面質(zhì)量有一定的缺陷;因此合理的間隙值極為重要,合理間隙值的最小值我們稱為最小合理間隙 Z min ,最大值稱為最大合理間隙 Z max ;在設(shè)計和制造模具時還應(yīng)考慮到模具凸、凹模在使用中會因磨損而使間隙增大,故應(yīng)按最小間隙 Z min確定模具間隙值;在設(shè)計沖裁工藝的時候,應(yīng)該考慮到?jīng)_裁件對沖裁工藝的適應(yīng)效果,也就是適應(yīng)性;.沖裁零件的形狀,本次設(shè)計的零件為“鉸鏈”形狀簡單、對稱;外形沒有尖角有利于模具的制造,還能提高模具壽命;,設(shè)計是零件的精度要求也是非常重要的考慮因素;一般通過增加余料來提高精度,也就是搭邊,選取合理的搭邊值不僅可以提高零件的精度還可以提高模具的壽命;一副模具的凸、凹模刃口尺寸精度是影響沖裁件尺寸精度的重要因素也是主要因素;因此,在沖裁模設(shè)計中,正確確定與計算凸、凹模刃口尺寸及其公差是極其重要的;下面根據(jù)參考文獻(xiàn)和計算凸、凹模刃口尺寸及其公差的原則和有關(guān)公式 來分別確定凸、凹的刃口尺寸;根據(jù)零件形狀特點(diǎn),尺寸要求和查《冷沖模設(shè)計》可得:(1)落料時通常先確定凹模的尺寸大小,再根據(jù)最小合理間隙來確定凸模的尺寸大?。宦淞霞叽绲幕居嬎愎綖椋篋D= (D max – XΔ)0+δDDP= (DP– Zmin)0δP=(D – XΔ Zmin) 0δP查得最小間隙Zmin =,最大間隙Zmax =,凹模制造公差 δD=,凸模制造公差δT=;將以上各值代入:δD+δP Zmax Zmin 校驗(yàn)是否成立,經(jīng)校驗(yàn)
