Corporate customers is the main task of the system resources of the enterprise customer information management, query customer information to facilitate business.Keywords:Customer ;Information; Management1 引言客戶資源是企業(yè)的寶貴財(cái)富,如何為企業(yè)客戶提供更好的服務(wù)是每個(gè)企業(yè)都非常關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。因此,為解決中小企業(yè)管理企業(yè)客戶遇到的難度大,效率低等問(wèn)題,開發(fā)一個(gè)客戶資源管理系統(tǒng)是非常必要的。角色代表了某一事件發(fā)生的參與者,它用一個(gè)小人表示。用例代表系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,通常一個(gè)用例代表一組功能,實(shí)質(zhì)上規(guī)定了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的范圍。當(dāng)角色雨用例發(fā)生某種關(guān)系時(shí),就可以有一個(gè)圖將他們關(guān)聯(lián)起來(lái),這就是用例圖。此模塊用來(lái)維護(hù)客戶類別信息,可以是客戶、供應(yīng)商或者其他種類客戶職務(wù)??蛻魡挝荒K主要用來(lái)維護(hù)客戶所在單位的有關(guān)信息客戶通信。使用此模塊可以清新地記錄與某一客戶之間的商業(yè)往來(lái)的有關(guān)信息,包括花費(fèi)等信息用戶管理。以樹形結(jié)構(gòu)清晰地完成各層次之間地信息的添加、刪除工作。在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中共有8張數(shù)據(jù)表,分別為地域信息表、客戶列別表、客戶通信表、客戶往來(lái)表客戶職
