(3) 適當?shù)厥褂帽粍诱Z態(tài)。 例如： You made a very careless mistake during the course of 改： A very careless mistake was made during the course of shipment. You didn’t enclose the price lists in your 改： The price lists was not enclosed in your letter. (4) 盡量避免使用帶有強迫語氣和引起不快的詞語 。 又如： disgust,意味著 hating 有 strong feeling of dislike or distaste之意，不應當使用，又如
