The plete document harmonises for the first time minimum safety requirements and test methods for children?s drinking equipment. Some of the provisions have been taken from other existing national and European Standards and for these provisions the Technical Committee has relied on previous validation. 本完善文件首次為兒童飲水設(shè)備 規(guī)定了 最低安全要求及測(cè)試方法 .該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的一些條款來源于 其它現(xiàn)有的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn) , 并且 這些 條款已經(jīng)通過 技術(shù)委員會(huì) 的 確認(rèn) . A significant choking hazard can arise if the ponent parts of drinking equipment bee separated during use. This hazard is addressed in this document by the inclusion of a security test. However, as the fixing of such products to the container is userdependent, the risk of an accident cannot be pletely eliminated. This document sets out labelling requirements stating that parents or carers should not leave children unattended whilst being fed with a product containing a feeding teat or drinking accessory and that children should not be allowed to use feeding teats as a soother. 假如飲水設(shè)備的零部件在使用時(shí)脫落就很容易造成窒息危險(xiǎn) ,該類危險(xiǎn)包含在本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的安全測(cè)試內(nèi)容內(nèi) .但是當(dāng)這些產(chǎn)品是由用戶組裝使用時(shí)造成類似的危險(xiǎn)不能完全消除 . 因此本文件建立了一些貼標(biāo)要求說明應(yīng)在父母或監(jiān)護(hù)人看護(hù)下讓兒童使用奶瓶或其它飲水設(shè)備及不能將進(jìn)食用奶頭用作安慰奶頭 . The Technical Committee considered the possibility of standardizing both the sizes of feeding teats and ranges of flow rates. However, it was decided that the many binations of container systems in use precluded the standardization of sizes. It is remended that all container and feeding teat binations used are matched ponents. 本技術(shù)委員會(huì)考慮了將進(jìn)食奶頭的尺寸及食物的流動(dòng)速度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的可能性 .但 是實(shí)際所使用的與其相匹配的容器差別很大致使將奶頭尺寸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的可能不可能實(shí)現(xiàn) . 建議組合使用的奶頭與容器應(yīng)是相互匹配的部件 . The provision of meaningful flow rate information is difficult because of several factors including hole diameter, teat thickness, hole shape /type of feed, and also how individual infants suck the teat. Accordingly, it was decided not to include a test for flow rate but to remend that manufacturers provide information on flow rate and hole size that is appropriate to their particular product. 將食物的流動(dòng)速率進(jìn)行規(guī)定也是很困難的 ,因?yàn)榱鲃?dòng)速率與孔徑的大小 ,奶頭的厚度 ,孔的形狀及食物類型及 嬰兒吸吮方式有關(guān) . 因此本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)沒有制定流動(dòng)速率的相關(guān)測(cè)試但是建議制造商提供流動(dòng)速率及特定產(chǎn)品的孔徑的信息 .
