【正文】 nagement School zhangmeixiang） Abstract: The housekeeping department of Qingdao Seaview Garden hotel made some achievements in form management ,but there were also some problems like that form designing lack of scientificity fraudulence spreaded in form management, and employees rejected the checking frequence of the functioned department .Accordingly,this paper proposed that housekeeping department of Qingdao Seaview Garden hotel should design the more concise form scientifically in the form management,strengthen the management to frandulence and make employees establish right working atitute to checking regnlations. Key words:QingDao Seaview Garden Hotel housekeeping department form management problem advice 引言 當(dāng)今酒店業(yè)競爭激烈 ,在這樣的環(huán)境下?lián)碛辛己玫木频旯芾硭疥P(guān)乎一個酒店的生存與發(fā)展，其中表單管理在酒店管理中越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。 1 淺析青島海景花園大酒店客房部表單管理 旅游與酒店管理學(xué)院旅游管理專業(yè) 摘 要 :青島海景花園大酒店客房部 在 表單管理 中取得了一些成績，但也存在 表格設(shè)計欠科學(xué) 、 表單管理 中有 弄虛作假 現(xiàn)象和 員工 有 排斥 職能部門頻繁檢查等問題 。提出青島海景花園大酒店客房部 在 表單管理中應(yīng) 科學(xué)設(shè)計精簡表格 、 強(qiáng)化管理減少弄虛作假 以及使員工樹立 正確對待檢查制度的工作態(tài)度 。 青島海景花園大酒店是集住宿、餐飲、娛樂、商貿(mào)于一體的花園別墅型 五星級酒店 ， “以顧客為導(dǎo)向”的經(jīng)營理念和“以情服務(wù)，用心做事”的海景精神成為海景人強(qiáng)大的精神支柱。優(yōu)異成績的取得離不開酒店的表單管理舉措 —— 表格量化走動式管理，即對每一個管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要節(jié)點都對應(yīng)于一張?zhí)囟ㄔO(shè)計好的表格，通過表格記錄每一個細(xì)節(jié)服務(wù)的情況和檢查結(jié)果，準(zhǔn)確反映每一個崗位每一個員工的實際業(yè)績。 目前客房部共有白衛(wèi)清理、夜衛(wèi)服務(wù)、白班執(zhí)臺、夜班執(zhí) 臺、主管、內(nèi)勤、經(jīng)理 7個崗位工種，涉及的表單共有 102 種，其中
