Through indepth investigation and analysis, regarding items response theory as guidance,started from the design principle and the characteristics of the work examination,this paper proposed an idea and form the structure about work examination system based on Browser/Server model, realizes the desigh of database, functional modularity and the kernel paper also examines the safe and integrity of this system. This system primarily face to three personnel usageses:mon student, test personnel, leader, they own the different legal power when use this system.
