課題開(kāi)發(fā)背景傳統(tǒng)招聘會(huì)在求職者的心里已經(jīng)徹底淪為“雞肋”。 三月份是大學(xué)生求職高峰期,大大小小招聘會(huì)一個(gè)接一個(gè)。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示,認(rèn)為招聘會(huì)“比較有用”的人只有23%,認(rèn)為“作用不大”和“沒(méi)什么用”的分別占到了57%和20%。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)以及現(xiàn)代Web技術(shù)的發(fā)展,國(guó)家政策的扶持等給網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職帶來(lái)了良好的發(fā)展契機(jī)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)最重要的特點(diǎn)是跨越時(shí)空的限制。從目前的情況來(lái)看,網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職已經(jīng)擴(kuò)展到全國(guó)31個(gè)省、自治區(qū)、直轄市,并正逐步把覆蓋范圍擴(kuò)大到市和縣。隨著Inter的普及,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以一股巨大變革力量的面貌出現(xiàn)在商務(wù)關(guān)系領(lǐng)域。
