According to the different position of the live loads, the section of this continuing steel bridge may have positive structural forces and negative structural forces, therefore, the arrangement of the prestressing reinforcement should vary in accordance with the change of structural forces. The continuing steel bridge is a bination of continuing beam and double thinkwall piers (flexible), and it also changes the structure’s stress patibility under the level of loads. Design is made on the basis of lots of real projects case, so it gives a detailed analysis and study of the structure. The cross section is in form of singlebox singleroom , the height of the beam changes according to the crosssection parabolic ,from the supports the maximal height is to the inter Main beamheight of , and the thick of the Roof is 22cm. In order to alleviate the difficulties of construction, the thick of the bottom ,bined with the stress feature of continuing steel bridge, changes in linear, reducing from the supports to the inter Main beam, the thick of the supports is and the inter Main beam is . Upon the basis of the section design, making an analysis of internal forces of the structure by BSAS, evaluate the amounts of the reinforcement and arrange them accordingly, then check the capability of the main controlling section. Drawingthe structural construction plan, including the arrangement plan of the bridge span, the procedure of construction, etc. then translate them into English ,finally make the design illustration and Microsoft Word. Key words: prestressing concrete continuing steel bridge。 Abstract Design is a prestressing concrete continuing steel bridge, with the total length of 245m of the highway, spans are 65m, 115m, and 65m respectively, the form of the section is singlebox singleroom, and the piers are flexible double thinkwall。繪制 結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖,包括橋跨布置圖、施工程序圖等,進行外文翻譯,最后編制設(shè)計計算說明書及文檔整理。為了減小施工難度,并結(jié)合 連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的受力特點,底板厚度呈直線線性變化,由支座向跨中減,支座處為 ,跨中為 。 參考了大量的工程實例,對結(jié)構(gòu)方面進行了較為詳細的分析和研究。 根據(jù)活載位置的不同,連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的斷面可能出現(xiàn)正彎矩或負彎矩,因而,要按彎矩變化的幅值布置預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋。主梁采用掛籃 懸臂對稱施工。 摘 要 設(shè)計為總長 為 245m 的 公路直線預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋 ,跨徑組成為65m+115m+65m,截面形式為 單箱單室箱 型 , 墩身為 雙薄壁柔性墩。 (3) 熟悉有關(guān)設(shè)計規(guī)范的應(yīng)用和相關(guān)橋梁專業(yè)計算軟件的使用。 設(shè)計要求 (1) 根據(jù)任務(wù)書提出完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計工作計劃。 (8)畢業(yè)設(shè)計的說明書不少于 15000 漢字。 (6)繪制結(jié)構(gòu)主要施工圖 繪制橋梁結(jié)構(gòu) (主梁 )主要構(gòu)造圖 (立面、平面、橫斷面和階段劃分圖 ),分階段預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋布置圖 (各個施工階段預(yù)應(yīng)力布置,包括縱向立面、平面和各個橫斷面布置 ),施工程序圖等,要求達到 A3 幅面圖紙不少于 16張或 A2 幅面圖紙不少于 8張 (相當(dāng)于 0圖 2 張 )。 (4)主要截面檢算 基本設(shè)計計算原理描述;相關(guān)設(shè)計規(guī)范應(yīng)用的具體公式、參數(shù)表征方式的使用。 (2)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力分析 結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力分析基本原理描述;有限元結(jié)構(gòu)分析計算和設(shè)計軟件的原理及使用,包括結(jié)構(gòu)計算圖式的確定、單元劃分、施工階段的劃分及其對內(nèi)力的影響等。 (2) 墩身:剛構(gòu)橋下部結(jié)構(gòu) 的 主墩墩身采用薄壁空心墩,墩高均為 30m;
