However, with the development of economy and social progress, the original economic management mode of development has increasingly exposed shortings. It has been unable to meet the current requirements of the enterprise management, and even will hinder to the whole development of the national economy. And the family enterprises which plays a leading role in the private economy, will bee the focus of the reform. Through further investigation, solving reasonably the problem of property ownership and management, we summarize the transformation of family enterprise management mode, so as to improve the family business operation. This paper will really stand in the family enterprise perspective, taking Meters/bonwe Group as an example, summarizes the experience of the ways of family management to modern enterprise management which pleted in the successful enterprises, and find the advanced way of meaning of the times.
