The date of issuance of the pany business license shall be the date of establishment of the pany. The pany business license shall state the name, domicile, registered capital, actually paid capital, business scope, legal representative, etc. If any of the items as stated in the business license is changed, the pany shall modify the registration and the pany registration authority shall replace its old business license by a new one. 　　第七條　【公司營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照】依法設(shè)立的公司，由公司登記機(jī)關(guān)發(fā)給公司營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照?！　》伞⑿姓ㄒ?guī)規(guī)定設(shè)立公司必須報(bào)經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的，應(yīng)當(dāng)在公司登記前依法辦理批準(zhǔn)手續(xù)。 Article 6 To establish a pany, an application for establishment registration shall be filed with the pany registration authority. If the application meets the establishment requirements of this Law, the pany registration authority shall register the pany as a limited liability pany or joint stock limited pany. If the application does not meet the establishment requirements of this Law, it shall not be registered as a limited liability pany or joint stock limited pany. If any law or administrative regulation provides that the establishment of a pany shall be subject to approval, and relevant approval formalities shall be gone through prior to the registration of the pany. The general public may go to a pany registration authority to search and consult the registration information filed by a pany and the authority shall provide the research services for the public. 　　第六條　【公司設(shè)立的準(zhǔn)則主義】設(shè)立公司，應(yīng)當(dāng)依法向公司登記機(jī)關(guān)申請(qǐng)?jiān)O(shè)立登記。 Article 5 When conducting business operations, a pany shall ply with the laws and administrative regulations, social morality, and business morality. It shall bear the liabilities for its debts with all its property. For a limited liability pany, a shareholder shall be liable for the pany to the extent of the capital contributions it has paid.
