【正文】 有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性、觀賞性和適合城市環(huán)境的建筑。而無(wú)論采取什么措施，在規(guī)劃后再收拾殘局，于局限內(nèi)彌補(bǔ)不足，政府和管理部門所需投入得精力和資金都不小。所謂軟措施，就是通過(guò)政策法規(guī)，限制路面停車，提高停車場(chǎng)利用效率，使部分車主更愿意改乘公共交通工具，以減少機(jī)動(dòng)車對(duì)停車場(chǎng)的需求。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，最近幾年我國(guó)城市機(jī)動(dòng)車輛平均增長(zhǎng)速度在 15%20%，而同時(shí)期城市停車基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的平均增長(zhǎng)速度只有 2%3%，特別是大城市的機(jī)動(dòng)車擁有量的增長(zhǎng)速度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)停車基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的增長(zhǎng)速度，因此，我們必須重視城市停車難的問(wèn)題，并積極探求解決的措施。據(jù)建設(shè)部停車技術(shù)開發(fā)推廣中心介紹，北京市停車設(shè)施的“欠賬”最保守估計(jì)應(yīng)為 20－30％。上世紀(jì) 80 年代初期，北京市權(quán)威部門對(duì) 2022 年北京汽車發(fā)展數(shù)的預(yù)測(cè)僅僅是 70 萬(wàn)－80 萬(wàn)輛，而事實(shí)上到新世紀(jì)鐘聲敲響之前，北京市汽車總量則足足比預(yù)期多了 100 萬(wàn)輛，其中私人小客車的數(shù)量就高達(dá) 45 萬(wàn)輛。據(jù)建設(shè)部城市交通工程技術(shù)中心對(duì)全國(guó) 15 個(gè)大城市停車現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查，城市機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量與停車位之比平均為 ：1，這一比值對(duì)于渴望“車者有其位”的車主來(lái)說(shuō)，形式不容樂(lè)觀。以北京市為例，截止 2022 年底，市區(qū)僅有公共停車場(chǎng) 827 處，共計(jì)車位 萬(wàn)個(gè)，僅占市區(qū)機(jī)動(dòng)車擁有量的 ％，停車環(huán)境與城市規(guī)劃的矛盾十分突出。關(guān)鍵詞：立體車庫(kù)，控制系統(tǒng)，可編程序控制器，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。其穩(wěn)定、可靠、快速、性價(jià)比高的特點(diǎn)使得控制系統(tǒng)非常完美。本文簡(jiǎn)單介紹了車庫(kù)的主體結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn)，對(duì)車庫(kù)的控制系統(tǒng)也作了簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)明，依據(jù)升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的運(yùn)行原理，運(yùn)用力學(xué)理論對(duì)升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面的力學(xué)分析，包括升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度、橫移傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中軸的強(qiáng)度和升降傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中軸的強(qiáng)度等。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外車庫(kù)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，選擇三層三列式車庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究模型。機(jī)械式立體車庫(kù)可充分利用上地資源，發(fā)揮空間優(yōu)勢(shì)，最大限度地停放車輛，成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問(wèn)題的重要途徑。論文題目 摘 要 立體車庫(kù)是專門實(shí)現(xiàn)各種車輛的自動(dòng)停放及科學(xué)寄存的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)設(shè)施。隨著城市汽車保有量的不斷增加，停車難問(wèn)題己經(jīng)成為大中型城市的一個(gè)普遍現(xiàn)象。本課題以較為典型的升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象，綜合考慮立體車庫(kù)制造成本和運(yùn)行效率的雙重因素。升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)就其組成部分而言，可分為三大部分：車庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)部分、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)部分和控制系統(tǒng)部分。在對(duì)升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中，采用了先進(jìn)的 PLC 控制，運(yùn)用歐姆龍公司的編程軟件編制了升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的程序，并經(jīng)調(diào)試、運(yùn)行，證明采用可編程序控制器(PLC)作為控制系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單易行。為了使停車設(shè)備滿足使用要求，根據(jù)國(guó)家關(guān)于機(jī)械式停車設(shè)備通用安全要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的實(shí)際，在升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)中使用了一些必要的安全技術(shù)，這樣保證了車輛的絕對(duì)安全，使得整個(gè)車庫(kù)可以安全平穩(wěn)的運(yùn)行。 Abstract：Stereo garage is the storage which is used for automatic parking and scientific storage of kinds of automobile. As the quantity of urban automobile has increased continuously in nowadays, the hardtoPark Problem has bee a mon phenomenon. Mechanical stereo garage can use land resource sufficiently and bring space advantage into play, and maximize the number of parking cars. It has bee an important way for static traffic problem of cities. The issue studies the type mechanical parking system which named updown and translation stereo garage, and regards of the two factors of cost of manufacture and operational efficiency synthetically.On the basis of investigation on current situation and developing trend of garage in domestic and abroad, we choose threelayer and threeformulistic garage structure as the research model. According to the form of the draggingforms of multi player updown and translation earbase, it is made of three parts: part of earbase structure、part of drivingframework and part of control system. The paper simply introduces main structure and characteristics of garage and also gives a short introduction to its control system. The finite element reliability checking of steel structure of garage is utilized according to the operation principle of updown and translation stereo garage, the mechanics was used to prehensively analyze the updown and translation stereo garage. Including intension of the framework structure and axes, etc. The paper adopted PLC as control system in designing the updown and translation stereo garage, PLC software of OMRON pany was used to weave the program of control system, through debugging running. The result proved that adopted PLC as control system is simple and easy to realize. The characteristic of stabilization, credibility, speediness and high capability made the control system very perfection. In order to satisfy using demand in design stereo garage, according to criterion of mechanical parking systemsgeneral safety requirement and the facts of the updown and translation stereo garage the Paper introduced some safety technique which was used in the updown and translation stereo garage. This can ensure absolute safety for Car and make the whole stereo garage safety and running smooth.
