Formerly that kind of SingleLayer plane parking lot could not satisfy the demand of the market. To the multi parking spots, little occupies of the space, the use operation is simple. ThreeDimensional Garage” is the effective solution of stops difficult in the present big city. The ThreeDimensional Garage, which takes the singlelayer plane parking lot as the core, is the multidimensional space parking garage. It uses the programmable controller (Programming Logic Controller, also called PLC) to realize multiple monolayer plane stops by controlling the berth space position the change. Verticalhorizontal moving underground car parks, which realize multilayer berth fluctuation deposits and withdraws the vehicles by shifting the tray to produce the vertical channel. The article researches the theory of the ThreeDimensional Garage, it has discussed using ProgrammableController PLC to realize the garage control system, and introduce the realization situation of 33 threedimensional garage. The system simulation uses controls configuration software MCGS, which is based on the WINDOWS platform. Through establishing the database of configuration software constructs, connecting the animation, preparing the control flow and debugging the procedures, it has realized the threedimensional garage monitoring system.
