The results can be provided reference for energy conservation of Residential BuildingKeywords: Investigation of Energy Consumption, Energy Conservation of Residential Building, Summer1 引言自從改革開放以后，我國經濟得到了持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，人們生活水平日益提高。馬鞍山市住宅夏季能耗調查分析黃志甲 黃志甲，1963年9月生，安徽安慶人，工學博士，教授，副院長，huangzhijia99, 主要研究方向：建筑節(jié)能 張國志 張樣（安徽工業(yè)大學建筑工程學院 馬鞍山 243002 安徽）摘要：通過對馬鞍山市60戶住宅夏季能耗的調查，統(tǒng)計了馬鞍山市住宅夏季的電、水和天然氣的消耗，分析了居戶人口、收入、空調臺數，住宅的建筑面積及建筑年代等因素對住宅夏季能耗的影響，得出了馬鞍山市住宅夏季的能耗規(guī)律。研究結果為長江中下游地區(qū)中等城市的住宅節(jié)能提供了基礎數據。在住宅方面表現為：建筑面積大幅提高、家用電器種類及數量也越來越多、室內熱舒適性的要求也越來越高
