【正文】 系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。關(guān)鍵詞：PLC 電梯 控制系統(tǒng) AbstractWith the development of society, especially the construction of modern city brought by rapid growth of the highrise building more violent, elevator also is especially important for the people life in the highrise building of vertical transportation! In the early, when lift is invented, its control way is relay control way, but this kind of control mode has a fatal flawpoor safety. With the development of microelectronics technology, puter technology, and automatic control theory, the logic of the elevator control is PLC instead of the original relay control, and it is safety , reliability are improved. In this paper, the design and debugging of PLC system are stated in detail in a storied building six elevator model control system. The core of the system control part is made of mitsubishi Japan FX2NC series of PLC. PLC control technology has bee a modern elevator control of a hot spot. The PLC control has strong adaptability，fast speed，simple installation, lower operation cost. So PLC control technology has bee a modern elevator control of a hot spot. Key words: PLC。 control system 目 錄1 緒論 1 1 2 22電梯的控制 3 3 3 4 5 5 63 六層電梯控制系統(tǒng)硬件部分設(shè)計(jì) 8 8 PLC機(jī)型的選擇 104 六層電梯控制系統(tǒng)軟件（PLC）設(shè)計(jì) 12 PLC的編程語言 12 梯形圖的設(shè)計(jì) 12 開關(guān)門環(huán)節(jié) 12 樓層信號控制環(huán)節(jié) 15 16 19 啟動換速控制環(huán)節(jié) 22 自動選向控制環(huán)節(jié) 25致謝 27參考文獻(xiàn) 281 緒論1854年，在美國紐約舉行的世界博覽會上， 伊萊沙奧的斯第一次向世人展示了他的安全升降梯。這就是有史以來第一部安全升降梯。但是那時的升降工具基本上是以人力為動力。緊隨其后，威廉但是安全問題一直是阻礙電梯發(fā)展的頑疾，因?yàn)橐坏┥堤堇|繩發(fā)生斷裂，負(fù)載平臺就一定會發(fā)生墜毀事故。終于在1889年，美國奧的斯電梯公司制造出了名副其實(shí)的電梯。隨著時代的發(fā)展，科技的進(jìn)步，電梯也一直不斷的發(fā)展和完善，在操縱控制方面可以說是步步出新——手柄開關(guān)操縱、按鈕控制、信號控制、集選控制、人機(jī)對話等等，多臺電梯還出現(xiàn)了并聯(lián)控制，智能群控；雙層轎廂電梯展示出節(jié)省井道空間，提升運(yùn)輸能力的優(yōu)勢；變速式自動人行道扶梯的出現(xiàn)大大節(jié)省了行人的時間；不同外形——扇形、三角形、半菱形、半圓形、整圓形的觀光電梯則使身處其中的乘客的視線不再封閉。1901年我國最早的一部電梯出現(xiàn)在上海，從那以后電梯技術(shù)在我國得到了長足的發(fā)展。新中國解放后由天津從慶生電機(jī)廠制造的電梯被安裝在天安門，這是由我國自行制造的第一臺電梯。現(xiàn)如今電梯已廣泛應(yīng)用在中國的每一個城市，電梯給人們生活帶來了極大的便利，也為我國的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供了堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的后盾。電梯的電氣系統(tǒng)一般由拖動系統(tǒng)和信號控制系統(tǒng)兩部分組成。隨著時代的發(fā)展電梯的控制系統(tǒng)多采用兩種方式，一是采用微機(jī)作為信號控制單元，完成信號的采集和控制以及運(yùn)行和功能的調(diào)試，二是采用可編程控制器PLC作為信號控制單元。本文主要分為四章，第一章主要介紹電梯發(fā)展的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀和選此課題的意義，第二章為電梯的組成、工作原理和電梯控制的功能要求。在清楚了電梯的工作原理、功能要求后，才真正開始了電梯控制的設(shè)計(jì)。硬件部分主要介紹了PLC的輸入和輸出I/O端口的選擇與分配和PLC型號的選擇。把這六大部分分別設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)試出來，再組合，便成了電梯的軟件設(shè)計(jì)部分。（1）繼電器電梯控制它是種比較古老的電梯控制系統(tǒng)，是一種邏輯電路控制，它需要的電路器件較多，系統(tǒng)安裝調(diào)試繁瑣，抗干擾能力弱，工作不穩(wěn)定，性價比不高，現(xiàn)基本上被PLC、單片機(jī)、多微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)所取代。(3)電梯的單片機(jī)控制單片機(jī)是一種單片微型計(jì)算機(jī)，是一種集成電路芯片，是嵌入式微控制器，采用超大規(guī)模集成電路技術(shù)把具有數(shù)據(jù)處理能力的中央處理器CPU、 RAM、ROM、多種I/O口和中斷系統(tǒng)、定時器/計(jì)時器等功能集成到一塊硅片上構(gòu)成的一個小而完善的計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)。多微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)是顧名思義就是系統(tǒng)用到了多個微處器而不是單個，可以使多個處理器
