【正文】 況,找出兩者之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性,針對(duì)常州現(xiàn)有物流資源與不同制造業(yè)之間的協(xié)調(diào)互動(dòng)問(wèn)題尋求實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,并對(duì)此現(xiàn)狀提出一些政策性建議,以期能夠使得兩業(yè)相互促進(jìn)、共同成長(zhǎng),引導(dǎo)常州制造企業(yè)物流的逐步分離和外包,提升制造業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型并且能夠促進(jìn)物流企業(yè)功能整合和業(yè)務(wù)延伸,促進(jìn)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,從而共同促進(jìn)常州經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。但據(jù)調(diào)查顯示,常州制造業(yè)企業(yè)的自營(yíng)物流并沒(méi)有給制造業(yè)帶來(lái)很多便利,其原因是運(yùn)作成本高、信息的準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)性較差、作業(yè)速度慢等等,這不僅使得物流運(yùn)作效率低下,而且增加了產(chǎn)品的成本。在長(zhǎng)江三角洲地區(qū),江蘇省的制造業(yè)區(qū)域最為集中,它的發(fā)展極大地促進(jìn)了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng),而在江蘇省國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展中,常州承有一席之地。在某項(xiàng)調(diào)查中顯示,制造業(yè)企業(yè)的所有物流活動(dòng)中,企業(yè)全部自己承擔(dān)的占26%,%,%。如今,物流業(yè)作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè),為其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展做了很好的支撐作用,是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力和基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),能夠促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化程度和綜合國(guó)力的重要標(biāo)志[4]。s , the industry is in a transition phase in Changzhou ,it is a critical period of development of the logistics industry and manufacturing , so it is very important for the economic development of Changzhou to handle the relationship between the two . Given that most articles for Changzhou logistics and manufacturing development of relations is only at the level of qualitative analysis , Based on the quantitative analysis and Statistical Yearbook 20082013 and 2012 input output table to extend , this article introduces the research background, significance and relevance of theoretical research, especially put out the inputoutput analysis method, and then lists Changzhou manufacturing panies which consume logistics largely and logistics panies rely on manufacturing largely the direct consumption coefficient and plete consumption coefficient,this article indicates Changzhou logistics and manufacturing development condition recently,analyzes the relationship between consumption coefficients of these major departments, obtains the degree of dependence between , with the industry related indicators ,such as influence and sensitivity coefficient, it analyze intensity and stimulating of Changzhou logistics industry and the manufacturing sector to identify the problems, and finally make feasible remendations.
