Once it turns up, being a new thing, new life, showing great energetic and vibrant. With the progress of science and technology and economics globalized, the local culture is being sprung up rapidly in major nations in the world, it is tendency that the local cultural are on the way. as the crucial fundaments for one part of prehensive national power in petition. in this case, we should further perceptual pattern for local culture, meanwhile, further study and investigate local culture nowadays, taking a road which is suitable for local cultural development with unique traits, bining the theory with the practice. The article is based on the analysis on both home and abroad, stressing the domination position in local culture in economics in the society. for the sake of the realistic situation of Sunning. and revealing two options as the strategies: one is “the strategy of appointed festival”, the other is “the strategy of the unique culture” at the same time, telling the measure of how to put several
