And highprecision, highresolution, highfrequency, miniaturization, intelligence, and standardization will bee the development trend of photoelectric encoder.Keywords: photoelectric encoder increment type absolute type numerical control system0 引言 光電編碼器[1]是一種通過(guò)光電轉(zhuǎn)換將輸出軸上的機(jī)械幾何位移量轉(zhuǎn)化成脈沖或數(shù)字量的傳感器,其分辨率高、精度高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、使用可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)使其在數(shù)控機(jī)床、機(jī)器人、高精度閉環(huán)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)、伺服系統(tǒng)等領(lǐng)域中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。其工作原理如圖1所示。按編碼器運(yùn)動(dòng)部件的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式來(lái)分,可以分為旋轉(zhuǎn)式和直線式兩種。1 國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)光電編碼器是一種集光、機(jī)、電為一體的數(shù)字化檢測(cè)裝置,它具有分辨率高、精度高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、使用可靠、易于維護(hù)、性價(jià)比高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。目前用于應(yīng)于數(shù)控機(jī)床、交流伺服電機(jī)、電梯等對(duì)精度、質(zhì)量可靠性有嚴(yán)格要求場(chǎng)合的編碼器多使用高精度同
