光電編碼器的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展2012716(XXXX, XXXX, XXXX)摘 要:為了解光電編碼器應(yīng)用與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),通過(guò)描述光電編碼器的分類(lèi)及其特點(diǎn)、國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及其應(yīng)用,指出了光電編碼器在數(shù)控機(jī)床、機(jī)器人、高精度閉環(huán)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)、伺服系統(tǒng)等領(lǐng)域中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,并且朝著高精度、高分辨率、高頻響、小型化、智能化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等方向發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞:光電編碼器;增量式;絕對(duì)式;數(shù)控系統(tǒng)Application and Development of Photoelectric EncoderXXX (XXXX, XXXX, XXXX)Abstract: In order to understand the application and development of the photoelectric encoder, described the classification, characteristics, domestic and foreign present situation, application of photoelectric encoder. And highprecision, highresolution, highfrequency, miniaturization, intelligence, and standardization will bee the development trend of photoelectric encoder.Keywords: photoelectric encoder increment type absolute type numerical control system0 引言 光電編碼器[1]是一種通過(guò)光電轉(zhuǎn)換將輸出軸上的機(jī)械幾何位移量轉(zhuǎn)化成脈沖或數(shù)字量的傳感器,其分辨率高、精度高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、使用可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)使其在數(shù)控機(jī)床、機(jī)器人、高精度閉環(huán)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)、伺服系統(tǒng)等領(lǐng)域中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。光電編碼器主要用于速度或位置(角度)的檢測(cè)。其工作原理如圖1所示。
