Key words: CNC tool； Material； Development status； Development trend 前言： 隨著新興的制造技術(shù) —— 數(shù)字化制造技術(shù)的出現(xiàn) ,數(shù)控加工技術(shù)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用 ,同時(shí)以制造業(yè)為主要服務(wù)對(duì)象的刀具制造及應(yīng)用技術(shù)也得到迅速發(fā)展。如今 ,硬切削、干式切削、高速高效加工已成為現(xiàn)代切削技術(shù)的重要標(biāo)志 ,并帶動(dòng)著切削加工技術(shù)水平的全面提高 ,已成為數(shù)控加工的關(guān)鍵技術(shù) 。廣義的切削工具既包括刀具，還包括磨具；同時(shí)“ 數(shù)控刀具 ” 除切削用的刀片外，還包括刀桿和刀柄等附件！根據(jù)刀具結(jié)構(gòu)可分為：整體式；鑲嵌式：采用焊接或機(jī)夾式連接，機(jī)夾式又可分為不轉(zhuǎn)位和可轉(zhuǎn)位兩種；特殊型式：如復(fù)合式刀具，減震式刀具等。從切削工藝上可分為：車削刀具，分外圓、內(nèi)孔、螺紋、切斷、切槽刀具等多種；鉆削刀具，包括鉆頭、鉸刀、絲錐等；鏜削刀具；銑削刀具等 。從整體上講我國(guó)數(shù)控刀具技術(shù)的發(fā)展水平較國(guó)外相比差距是增大了，特別是高精度、高強(qiáng)度的刀具。像常州西夏墅鎮(zhèn)，在小小方圓幾十里的地方，聚集了上百家刀具制
