Department of Surgery,Fourth Peoples Hospital,Shenzhen 518033，China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mechanisms of traumatic asphyxia Analyzed the data of 53 cases of traumatic asphyxia In 53 cases,33 were mild,15 were moderate,5 were severe in (%)plain of severe threatening （%） The pattern of pathological findings of traumatic asphyxia was not influenced by the presence or absence of conitant serious or lethal has close relationship with threatening asphyxia is propitious to protect important organs,and its a nature protecting response. 【Key words】 traumatic asphyxia；mechanism；threatening response 創(chuàng)傷性窒息（Perthes綜合征）因交通事故的增加，近年有上升的趨勢，我們回顧性總結(jié)53例的資料，報告如下。男23例,女30例；年齡9～48歲。所有病例均不伴有嚴重顱腦外傷。（2）眼瞼青紫,球結(jié)膜有鮮紅色出血灶,眼球似突出,眼底均可見不同程度眼底出血。（3）有不同程度的呼吸困難，胸悶，窒息感，頭部脹痛，頸部憋脹,不同程度的血痰。有昏迷史者19例。頭顱CT檢查41例,發(fā)現(xiàn)腦實
