【正文】 論、目的及意義 課題背景該零件是1105型柴油機中搖臂結合部的搖臂軸支座，它是發(fā)動機搖臂總成一個重要部件，是解決搖臂總成目前所存在的有異響和噪音較大的問題。Process analysis。通過本次設計提高了分析問題、解決問題的能力，能夠更深入理解課本知識，并能夠很好的應用到實際工作之中，為以后更好地勝任我的工作崗位打好基礎。首先介紹了氣門搖臂軸支座的作用和工藝分析，其次確定毛坯尺寸，然后進行了工藝規(guī)程設計，最后進行夾具設計。學校代碼：10904 機械制造工藝學課程設計搖臂軸支座機加工工藝規(guī)程制定及專用機床夾具設計姓 名：侯建國學 號：201315310108指導教師：張敬芝院系（部所）：機電工程學院專 業(yè)：機械設計制造及其自動化完成日期：2014年12月20日 摘 要機械加工行業(yè)作為一個傳統(tǒng)而富有活力的行業(yè)，近些年取得了突飛猛進的發(fā)展，在新經(jīng)濟時代，行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)了新的發(fā)展趨勢，由此對其它的質量，性能要求有了新的變化?，F(xiàn)在機械加工行業(yè)發(fā)生著結構性變化，工藝工裝的設計與改良已成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的必要條件，工藝工裝的設計與改良將直接影響加工產(chǎn)品的質量與性能。通過對氣門搖臂軸支座進行研究，來進行加工工藝和夾具設計，氣門搖臂軸支座零件為鑄件，具有體積小，零件結構簡單的特點，由于面比孔容易加工，所以在制定工藝規(guī)程時，就采用先加工面，再以面為基準來加工孔的方法，其中各工序夾具都采用專用夾具，其機構設計簡單，方便且能滿足要求。關鍵詞：搖臂軸支座；工藝分析；工藝規(guī)程設計；夾具設計 AbstractMechanical processing industry as a traditional and dynamic industry, made by leaps and bounds in recent years, the development of the new economy era, industry presents new development trend, resulting in the quality of other performance requirements have new the structural changes in mechanical processing industry, to design the process equipment and has bee a necessary condition for enterprise survival and development, to design the process equipment and will directly affect the quality of the processed products and performance. First introduces the function and process analysis of valve rocker arm shaft bearing, secondly determine blank size, then the process planning design, fixture design the valve rocker arm shaft bearing, to carry on the processing technology and fixture design, valve rocker arm shaft bearing parts for casting, the advantages of small size, parts are the characteristics of simple structure, due to the surface easier than hole processing, so, when making procedure is used to machining surface, and then processing hole by the surface as a benchmark, the method of the special fixture fixture is used in each process, the organization design is simple, convenient and can meet the this design improves the analysis problem, problemsolving ability, able to more deeply understand the textbook knowledge, and could be applied to the actual work well, for future better for my job.Key words: rocker arm shaft bearings。Process planning design。直徑為18mm的孔用來裝配搖臂軸，軸的兩端各安裝一進、排氣搖臂。兩孔間距56mm，可以保證減壓軸在搖臂上打開氣門，實現(xiàn)減壓。機床夾具在機械加工中起著重要的作用，所以應用十分廣泛，且種類繁多，例如：專用夾具、可調(diào)式夾具、專門化拼裝夾具、自動化生產(chǎn)用夾具等等，根據(jù)此課題要求采用專用夾具進行設計，其特點針對性強，應保證加工質量和勞動生產(chǎn)率，而夾緊機構對整個夾具結構起決定性的作用。通過畢業(yè)設計，熟練運用機械制造技術基礎課程中的基本理論以及在生產(chǎn)實習中學到的實踐知識，正確地解決一個零件在加工中的定位、夾緊以及工藝路線安排、工藝尺寸確定等問題，保證零件的加工質量，初步具備設計一個中等復雜程度零件的工藝規(guī)程能力；提高結構設計能力。進行搖臂軸支座加工工藝與專用機床夾具設計，加強了我們的查閱資料的能力，樹立了正確
