There are many kinds of antihypertensive medicine, so it is very important to choose the safely, effective ans economical medicine Keywords Hypertension ?？垢哐獕核幬锲贩N繁多，選擇安全 、有效、經(jīng)濟、合理的藥物至關(guān)重要。 結(jié)論： 三河市優(yōu)撫醫(yī)院抗高血壓藥物的應(yīng)用基本符合《中國高血壓防治指南》。聯(lián)合用藥方案較合理，共有處方202 張，占 %。 結(jié)果： 以老年患者為主，男性略高于女性。學(xué) 號： 202114230222 HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 畢業(yè)論 文 GRADUATE THESIS 設(shè)計題目： 三河市優(yōu)撫醫(yī)院抗血壓藥物的臨床應(yīng)用研究 學(xué)生姓名： 郭曉雙 專業(yè)班級 ： 08 藥物制劑 學(xué) 院： 藥學(xué)院 指導(dǎo)教師： 劉江群 主任醫(yī)師 2021 年 05 月 28 日 摘 要 I 摘 要 目的： 研究三河市優(yōu)撫醫(yī)院抗高血壓藥物的臨床應(yīng)用情況，分析門診抗高血壓藥物之間相互應(yīng)用的合理性，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。 方法： 利用本院 信息查詢軟件和藥品庫存管理系統(tǒng) ，從我院門診 2021 年 3 月處方中篩選出含有抗高血壓藥物的處方 452 份，統(tǒng)計分析患者性別、年齡、各類抗高血壓藥物的用藥頻度（ DDDs）、及藥物聯(lián)合應(yīng)用情況。鈣離子通道拮抗藥（ CCB）與血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)化酶抑制劑（ ACEI）的使用頻次最高。其中以二聯(lián)用藥最多，共 161 張，占 %。大部分聯(lián)合用藥方案較合理，但缺乏對聯(lián)合用藥提高血壓達(dá)標(biāo)率的認(rèn)識。 關(guān)鍵詞 高血壓??；抗高血壓藥物；臨床應(yīng)用 Abstract II Abstract Objective: To research antihypertensive drugs using in SanHe City Helping Hospital. Analysis the rationality of outpatient antihypertensive drugs application at Outpatient service ,in order to provide a reference for clinical medication. Methods:Using the information query software and drug inventory management system, we filter 452 pieces drug prescriptions thae includes antihypertensive drugs from our hospital outpatient service of March 2021, to sum up and analyze patients’ gender, age and Defined Daily Dose System(DDDs)of all kinds of the antihypertensive drug and the drug joint application. Results:Most of the patients are elder people and the males slightly higher than the females,Calcium Channel Blocker(CCB) and Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors(ACEI) is using the most frequently.
