【正文】 第 I 頁 摘要 本設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)要敘述了轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼技術(shù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及未來的技術(shù)動(dòng)向,結(jié)合本專業(yè)所學(xué)的理論知識(shí),在老師的指導(dǎo)下,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)年產(chǎn) 500 萬噸合格鑄坯的轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼廠,通過產(chǎn)品大綱的確定、轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼的物料平衡與熱平衡計(jì)算、轉(zhuǎn)爐的爐型設(shè)計(jì)、連鑄設(shè)備選擇、車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)及車間總體布置,確定了以兩座 250噸轉(zhuǎn)爐、及一臺(tái)連鑄機(jī)為主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。并根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外煉鋼技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、鋼鐵產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展方向,選擇了先進(jìn)且有較大發(fā)展余地的短流程工藝:廢鋼 → 轉(zhuǎn)爐 → 連鑄。 提交的內(nèi)容包括設(shè)計(jì)說明書一份(含專題和冶金專業(yè)相關(guān)外文文獻(xiàn)譯文各一篇),轉(zhuǎn)爐型圖、車間平面布置圖和剖面圖各一張。 第 II 頁 Abstract The design brief description of the development of steelmaking technology and future technology trends, Combining the theoretical knowledge learned profession, under the guidance of the teacher to design an annual output of 500 million tons of converter steel mill slab qualified, Determined by product outline, the material balance and BOF heat balance calculation, the converter furnace design, continuous casting equipment selection, process design and plant shop layout, identified by two 250 t converter, and a continuous casting machine as the main production equipment.
