”為例 作者: 董建飛 【摘要】 任何一家飯店想要立足于社會,并有所發(fā)展,必須有維持飯店經營活動的資源,在這些資源中, 人力 資源是飯店企業(yè)最重要的資源和財富。但是縱觀目前中國飯店企業(yè),人力資源的開發(fā)不堪設想,其中最主要的原因就是員工流動率過高。 Talking about the hotel employee turnover and the coping strategies To practice Guo Fan Club Hotel as an example 【 Abstract】 Any want a hotel based on society, and has the development, must be to maintain the hotel business resources, among these resources, human resources hotel business is the most important resource and fortune. But in the Chinese hotel industry, human resources development be unbearable to contemplate, which is the main reason for high employee turnover, therefore, how to retain staff, stable workforce, the hotel managers must pay attention to the problem, but also related to the longterm development of hotel enterprises.
