From the angle of residential quarter environments, residential environments relate to two big kinds, they are environments of inside or outside chamber, so are the managements of estate environments. In fact the managements include five kiands: the maintenance of the building, the establishingment, the equipment, virescence management, cleaning management, safe management (includes public security management, fire control management and so on), and munity culyure management. On each kind of management,conception, concent, notice items, methods, meaning and so on are discussed in this article. Estate management starts later in our country, so there exists many problems: the level of estate management is different, the personnel stuff is lower, the service is not high, and management measures go behind, which bring prodigious inconvenience to the improvement of residential environment. So the measure of effective innovation should be adopted. The supervision, the survey and the synthesis evaluantion of environments can be carried out. Estate pany can process prophase intervention, which can reduce the management cost and improve credit standing of stuff of estate pany is to be improved, they must hold certificate to mount guard.
