However, the Enterprise Human Resource Management how to adapt to the requirements of the new economic era? How to shorten the Chinese enterprises in human resource management and the world the gap between advanced countries and establish a human resource management with Chinese characteristics, mechanism? Need to manage the workers, summed up the history of human resource management and exploring the future direction of human resource management to conduct prospective studies.
