This article mainly do the job special machine and jig for finish boring and hydraulic control system. This drilling machine is supported by such programme as configuration of single jersey and horizontal. The designing main spindle box reduces the speed of with gears which connect with principal shaft through Power box driven by electric motor, and the steering of principal shafts are kept in the same by the reversing shaft. The main shaft is linked with the Twist drill through Arbor connection. Design aspecial jig, and the workpiece' s location is fixed by two sides and a hole, and clamped by hydraulic cylinder. In this project, the more simple structural design and a lot of standard parts is adopted as far as possible, the economic cost is reduced, and the plete machine design and new equipment purchasing are avoided with formerly work piece processing precision.
