【正文】 計(jì)時應(yīng)考慮到 PLC 的可擴(kuò)展性。 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)遵循以下原則： （ 1） 根據(jù)工藝流程進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，力求設(shè)計(jì)出來的控制系統(tǒng)能最大限度滿足控制求。由于體積小很容易裝入機(jī)械內(nèi)部，是實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)電一體化的理想控制設(shè)備。 （ 5）體積小，重量輕，能耗低。 PLC 用存儲邏輯代替接線邏輯，大大減少了控制設(shè)備外部的接線，使控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及建造的周期大為縮短，同時維護(hù)也變得容易起來。它接口容易，編程語言易于為工 程技術(shù)人員接受。 (3)易學(xué)易用，深受工程技術(shù)人員歡迎。可以用于各種規(guī)模的工業(yè)控制場合。 （ 2）配套齊全，功能完善，適用性強(qiáng)。 PLC 工業(yè)洗衣機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn) 與傳統(tǒng)洗衣機(jī)相比， PLC 工業(yè)洗衣機(jī)控制 系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)突出體現(xiàn)在有以下幾個方面： （ 1）可靠性高，抗干擾能力強(qiáng)。 利用 PLC 的 操作簡單、 抗干擾性強(qiáng)、輸入輸出接口多、運(yùn)行速度快、 穩(wěn)定可靠、維護(hù)與維修方便 ,使洗衣機(jī)更趨于經(jīng)濟(jì)的需求和社會的發(fā)展。國產(chǎn)的洗衣機(jī)經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展，無論在質(zhì)量上還是功能上都有著先進(jìn)的技術(shù)，但是，和一些發(fā)達(dá)國家相比還是存在一些差距。它采用可編程序的存貯器 , 用來在其內(nèi)部存貯執(zhí)行邏輯運(yùn)算、順序控制、定時、計(jì)數(shù)和算術(shù)運(yùn)算等操作的指令 , 并通過數(shù)字的、模擬的輸入和輸出 , 控制各種類型的機(jī)械或生產(chǎn)過程 . 可編程序控制器及其有關(guān)設(shè)備 , 都應(yīng) 按易于與各種控制系統(tǒng)形成一個整體 ,易于擴(kuò)充其功能的原則設(shè)計(jì)。因此，電動控制洗衣機(jī)將逐步退出家電舞臺。電動控制全自動洗衣機(jī)是較早出現(xiàn)的自動控制類家用電器，其產(chǎn)品類型還屬于傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品，是自動控制的初級階段。從控制方式的發(fā)展階段上分：全自動洗衣機(jī)可分為兩大類：第一類電動控制洗衣機(jī)，它的程序控制器由電動元件組成。這類洗衣機(jī)均采用套筒式結(jié)構(gòu)，其進(jìn)水，排水都采用電磁閥，由程序控制器按人們預(yù)先設(shè)計(jì)好的程序不斷發(fā)出指令，驅(qū)動各執(zhí)行器件動作，整個洗衣過程自動完成。 90 年代，由于電動機(jī)調(diào)速技術(shù)的提高，洗衣機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)了較寬范圍的轉(zhuǎn)速變換與調(diào)節(jié)，誕生了許多新水流洗衣機(jī)。攪拌式洗衣機(jī)由美國瑪依塔格公司研制成功。 1911 年，美國試制成功世界上第一臺電動洗衣機(jī)，標(biāo)志著人類家務(wù)勞動自動化的開端。 1880 年，美國又出現(xiàn)了蒸汽洗衣機(jī)，蒸汽動力開始取代人力。 1874 年，“手洗時代”受到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn) —— 美國人比爾 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 松下 PLC ， 工業(yè)洗衣機(jī) ， 控制系統(tǒng) Abstract In recent years ,with the rapid development of science and technology, SCM、 To the application of PLC constant depth， at the same time it can improve the development of traditional control technique. this article mainly introduced in this factory， hotel and tavern in special occasions, need a lot of washing, washing frequent, where there are many. In the industrial washing machine design process, the choice of Panasonic PLC program control as microputer, at the same time use frequency converter to change direction and speed of the motor running, the overall control system and simulation control of industrial washing machine using puter, design of the system structure diagram, program instructions, ladder diagram as well as input and output terminal assignment, the realization of washing, rinsing, dehydration process. According to the characteristics and requirements of the overall control system of industrial washing machine, washing machine to make the whole process more directly understand the operation, this paper uses PLC control through full automatic washing machine, to achieve the normal operation and mandatory automatic washing machine stop function.
