【正文】 控系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)與故障診斷知識(shí)，介紹了汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)的概述和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)故障診斷基本知識(shí)、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電子設(shè)備的故障診斷、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)的檢修以及發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī) 電控系統(tǒng)常見(jiàn)故障的檢修等。 在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)的概述中分別介紹了電控點(diǎn)火裝置（ ESA）、電子燃油噴射系統(tǒng)（ EFI）、廢氣再循環(huán)控制（ EGR）、怠速控制（ ISC）、氣門(mén)正時(shí)控制、二次空氣噴射、油氣蒸發(fā)控制等，論述了它們的組成、工作原理和作用。在第五章節(jié)中介紹了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各電控系統(tǒng)的檢修，具體論述了各系統(tǒng)檢修的方法，步驟，及注意事項(xiàng)等，并附加了流程圖和表格圖片。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)組成 工作原理 故障檢修 Abstract： The study of the subject is the electronic control system of engine test and fault diagnosis of automobile engine electronic control system, introduces the overview and basic knowledge of engine electronic control system fault diagnosis, engine electronic equipment fault diagnosis, engine control system maintenance and mon fault of the engine electronic control system maintenance. In the engine control system overview introduces respectively the electronic ignition device ( ESA ), electronic fuel injection system ( EFI ), exhaust gas recirculation control ( EGR ), idle speed control ( ISC ), valve timing control, the two air injection, oil gas evaporation control, discusses its position, working principle and effect. Basic knowledge in fault diagnosis in section In the fifth chapter introduces the engine electronic control system maintenance, discussed the system maintenance method, steps, and the matters needing attention, and attaching the flow diagrams and tables. In the final chapter describes the electronic control system mon fault diagnosis and maintenance, lists some mon repair case, discusses the fault phenomenon, possible causes and troubleshooting methods. Modern automotive electronic control system characteristics, mainly reflected in the function of intensive, control electronics and connection standard, in the analysis of control system failure, you must know the electrical, electric equipment structure, function and characteristics of the electronic control system, the position, function and working principle, and a variety of mon breakdown phenomenon, reason and eliminating methods.
