From the aspect of actual production, this paper both improve the leaching rate of gold and save the consumption of alkalinity adjusting reagent, thereby save the investment and reduce equipment corrosion; ⑵ Through the theoretical analysis, this paper found various reaction mechanisms of thiourea leaching reaction , In order to find a bast stabilizer this paper design a variety of response selection of stabilizers, and find the best stabilizer of sodium silicate and optimum dosage by experiments; ⑶ This paper find the relationship between the reaction rate and reaction time based on the actual production through experiments and thereby speeding up the industrial actual production efficiency, Get more gold with the smallest gold loss and a shortest production cycle . ⑷ From the literature we know that some kinds of material like sodium sulfite can stop the thiourea from inhibiting deposition, so this paper find suitable stabilizer and the optimal dosage of stabilizer and analyzed the stabilizing mechanism theoretically, at the same time through experiment to get a suitable stabilizing agent and usage of stabilizer. ⑸ At the same time this paper also had the leaching time and temperature studied, so as to find the optimum leaching time and suitable leaching temperature, in order to reduce the consumption of resources. The selection of leaching temperature in industrial has great practical significance.
